Plant dying of ???

I'm growing in the Aerogarden... maybe some of you have seen it in the stores? Well I'm growing it on herbs which I believe is 17/5 hours of lights with some Miracle Grow nutrients.

But recently, both of my plants have stopped growing and the two seeds that were sprouting... stopped sprouting... I'm getting pretty pissed off now and I can't detect the problem.

I've added two pictures of one of the plants that seems to have most of the problems. Info please?

I don't know a thing about the Aerogardens, but it looks like your plants are suffering from overfertilization. Are you giving full-strength feedings, or are they diluted? I know very little about hydroponic/aeroponic methods, but I'm sure the nutrients in the beginning should be very conservative. Young plants don't tolerate strong fertilizers very well.
