Growgeek debates whether it actually even requires the meristem cells, as he has successfully grown plantlets from bottom branch nodes, but has had the best results from the nodes toward the end of the branch.

He plans to move the plantlets to a solution with different hormones and growth regulators to harden them and grow roots. More on that, after we see how it works.
