It is right... as you did use honey oil, you should simmer the butter only enough to the honey oil become evenly mixed with the butter. It is enough to allow the THC to be absorbed by the fat.

BTW, if the cookies are already done, eat them! The worst that can happen is you get only barely high... but from the amounts of weed and honey oil you put in it, im sure you may be even higher than you wished... so, eat one, wait for some 2-3 hours, and if you were not high enough, then eat another one, and wait more... the high from eating takes time to kick in, so please DONT eat too much thinking they are not working.
