newb with lighting questions
Well the web site don't give out the cfm for this fan, so it's not possible to know if you really need one or two... But for the space you are using to grow, one should maybe ok if you don't use too much duct.

Get the ballast and the light, lightproof the cabinet, make holes for intake/exhast, install 1 inline duct fan and try the setup to see the temps, if it's too high get yourself another light.
