flowering from seed ?
thanks stinky, iv been chasing your good advice for a while on this, i just didnt want to bother you. The thing is iv only got one area to work with and its a tent with 400w hps so its hard to seal off a part of it for veg.
What i was looking for was a way to harvest one plant every two-four weeks rather than getting a single good harvest every 4 months or so. The reason for this is i dont know the laws and penatlites for australia as the legal system isnt very open to view like yours is, so really i would have to grow 10-15 plants or so in every harvest to make it worthwhile and that would be too much smell and too much product to hold without knowing the punishment.
So now you know what im workin with, what would you prescribe Dr. Stinky MDYes, I spend too much time reading Growing Edge haha so sue me - StinkyAttic

I was just about to type, this is the appropriate situation in which to grow lowryder. That, or building a second, small room just to start seeds, is a good solution to this problem.
Don't forget to make yourself a seed crop, because LRs can get pricey. I'm not sure how stable the auto trait in the hybrids is, but in the original LR it should pass on to later generations. Obviously, you will want to discard any plant that does not show that trait.
