Darbolah, the best way to do it is wait to go to 12/12 until you see that the nodes have gone alternating, indicating sexual maturity. That gives the plants less stress, and more time to concentrate on building a good root mass and plant structure before the flowering hormones kick in. Just remember, they won't flower until they are sexually mature anyway, so you aren't really saving time by doing 12/12 from seed.

Taking into consideration im using bagseed (good bud) and using a 400w hps using soil and also using autopots with strait perlite. My ph is 6.5-7 Temps are 76 (lights off)-86 (lights on) Im using canna nutes and root booster.
