flowering from seed ?
I was just about to type, this is the appropriate situation in which to grow lowryder. That, or building a second, small room just to start seeds, is a good solution to this problem.
Don't forget to make yourself a seed crop, because LRs can get pricey. I'm not sure how stable the auto trait in the hybrids is, but in the original LR it should pass on to later generations. Obviously, you will want to discard any plant that does not show that trait.
