the way i learned to avoid those, was just to be like what ever i'm high who the fuck cares if that old lady thinks i'm high, the odds are she doesnt. And just go with the high all the way, like i'm high whatever, and when i just mentally think like that i feel great and never get parinoid or anxiety or any of that crap.

Lately when I smoke, I get the following problems: A feeling of impending doom (paranoia) Jitters and tenseness Chills A feeling that everyone knows I'm baked and wants to catch me I still get the positive effects as well, but the negative effects have become more frequent lately and I was wondering if there was anything I could do to really mellow out and enjoy the high.
