Frequent paranoia and shaking problem...
Don't smoke a large amount - just take one or two hits and see how you feel. After while, try another toke. That's what I do, especially with powerful stuff.

Lately when I smoke, I get the following problems: A feeling of impending doom (paranoia) Jitters and tenseness Chills A feeling that everyone knows I'm baked and wants to catch me I still get the positive effects as well, but the negative effects have become more frequent lately and I was wondering if there was anything I could do to really mellow out and enjoy the high. I like the idea of just saying fuck it and acting however you act. Stop thinking about it like you are doing something "wrong".
