Neither nor, I think Ron Paul would institute a foreign policy in which we can afford as well as realistically manage. I don't care how much 'things have changed...' The constitution is the constitution, and we shouldn't make up excuses not to listen to it. ..The constitution means just as much to me as an American as it does for me to have the opportunity to be able to wake up and live my life every day, and never in my life, as long as I'm an American will I respect ANYBODY who doesn't respect it.
