Zicam is great for tripping with DXM, I get the Zicam Night, it has about 580 mg of DXM and I tripp like crazy on it. Its only one shot, just take the cap off and put the liquid in a shot glass or something and thats about it. It works great, one shot, but it is quite nasty and it upsets my stomach more than Robo pills or vicks liquid does, but it is less to take down. Zicam hits alot faster and harder than robo too. But for the first time, maybe try the whole bottle of Zicam Day, it might be a bit much for someone new though, but Im not sure, everyone reacts differently.

i use delsym 1 tsp =30 mg.... tastes like oranges
