Closet grow room help

Hi I currently have a 2' 4 light fluorescent light in a closet that is 4'5"l 1'5"w 7'9"h. The light has 4 24 watt ecoflux bulbs. The sides of the closet each have one 54watt flouro tube. I am growing in soil and am trying to figure out my best bet for a high yield. I'm growing organic and just looking for personal use. I was thinking about possible Scrog, but am up for suggestions. If I use this technique, how high should i place the chicken wire above the pots, and what size pots and how many should i use for the space. Strain is a mostly indica if that helps.
