test in about 2 weeks
I got have a urine test in about 2 weeks for my internship this summer and need some advice on what the best way to pass it would be. I'm a pretty heavy smoker as I am a college student, workout everyday, and have a pretty good metabolism. I plan on stopping today up till my test but wanted to know if I should still do either substitution or dillution since it seems that those are the only two options I have.

If your an everyday smoker and don't have a month or 2 to detox then I would definitely sub.
