ANY SUGGESTIONGS.. i hadnt smoked in aabout a month before, then 3 months before that time.. im 6'0 135

I would return the drink and follow the dilution method at the top of the forum. You haven't smoked much in the last 3 months so your probably gonna be ok. If you can buy a test kit, thats the only way to know if your clean. Substitution is out because there gonna watch you close. Cardio and metamucil will also help to get you cleaned out faster. Stay hydrated and start reading these forums, there is alot of great info here. The alcohol won't make a difference.:thumbsup:
