I have MVP, which gives me headrushes sometimes when you get up too fast. A doctor injected me with some crap that made my heart beat at 160 bpm, which almost made me want to puke from the feeling of my heart trying to escape out of my chest (worse than any stimulant ive ever taken). Then, they tilted this table up that I was strapped too, and I passed out. I woke up with a nurse holding my head up, and holding a puke pan. Little embarasing. Called a "table tilt test".

Of course, your friend might have just gotten a whiff of Mcdonalds, and it shut down her central-nervous system.
