I don't understand... it sounds like your trying to cash a check with fake ID?? FWIW, *most* DMV offices will only accept cash to renew licenses. Drivers licenses and state issued ID has nothing to do with politics. Its all about being able to prove that you are who you say you are.

Bush has *NOTHING* to do with drivers licenses, or state issued ID, nor does the Supreme Court.

Yes, it's gibberish. You will never be able to cash a check if you are using a fake ID and speaking gibberish. It makes the bank suspicious.
