Michigan Grow
First of all, being in Michigan, the earliest I could plant would be probably mid may possibly, and the latest I could harvest would probably be October, would I still be able to get in a good harvest?
...If you can start the plants indoors for a week or two in party cups and then transfer them out around mid may at the earliest this will be plenty of time for them to have a decent long veg state and flowering state you will be able to harvest early oct-end but check the trich's to see how amber or cloudy they are.
Second, due to space issues, I wouldn't be able to hang all my plants, could I just cut off the buds and dry those upside down without too much of a loss in quality?
... Well there is going to be a lot of foliage on the leaves and it may be hard to find just buds when your trying to chop. If you have some time and not space you could try taking the bigger leaves off and then cutting longer branches with buds along them. That should make it easier than hanging the whole plant. The quality wont be hurt at all it will actually shorten the dry time.
Third, what kind of harvest could I expect with say 5 females? I understand this relies heavily upon strain and growing conditions, but is there an extremely rough estimate?
... With bag seed growing in Ohio using organic soil mixed in with regular field soil with some mild nutrients added and starting my plants end of April and putting them outside mid may and harvesting mid-end of October I usually pull 4-7 ounces (topped) I Would suggest growing 10-15 and grow in 2-3 different locations that should give you a good harvest to last a year which is the goal of any grower.
If you have any more questions just ask and ill try to help I also have a outdoor growing guide it should be stickied at the top of the outdoor growing section. It may answer some of your questions.FrostAie Reviewed by FrostAie on . Michigan Grow Hey, I'm considering growing this year, and I had a few questions.
