HUGE life changing UA, anything not a scam?
Don't know your body fat percentage...I'm probably 10-15% at the most, I drank 4 to 5 bottles of water a day and passed my first drug test for the courts 12 days later after smoking every day for about three years...

Imo that's pushing it and not likely to happen for most people by just flushing their system.

If I wanted to do just a flush then I would probably use at least a months time. 7-12 days is just to short and risky if you ask me.

I would recommend Ready Clean for a commercial product. It is basically the same as the dilution method here, and is only $30 compared to some others that cost twice as much for the same thing.
I recommend the dilution method here (and plan to follow it myself for upcoming employment tests, if needed) but if you are the type of person who just wants to do the kit and be done with it, Ready Clean is a much better value than some of their competitors.
It comes in two sizes, one for people up to 200 lbs and one for people over 200 lbs. If you are close to 200, get the bigger one. That one is $50.

sweet, got an extra week now so it will be 14 days before my possible dtest. I am feeling a little better, i have experimented alot and found i usually get clean in 17-18 days without taking any extra precautions and using my usual workout routine. (6 days a week, running about 6 miles a week.) Now i am working out every day and running about 20 miles in a week so i hope i'm ok. also my body has adjusted to the niacin and i'm bout to up it to 2000 mg a day, and i am having my gross ass metamucil shits. I do competitive bodybuilding and am thinking about going into contest prep mode and carb cycle to lose any extra fat, i am floating around 7-7.5% right now.

That niacin is not doing anything for you bro...
The rest of the program sounds good.
Don't forget to creatine load several days before the test.
Stop working out about three before the test.

Well I didn't have a choice...If I fail it's jail for a year...I quit now, but I smoked the day after court when I found this out...And I most certainly passed it after 12 days of not smoking...For a skinnier person it can be done...I think some of the 30 day bit is more propaganda and scare tactics..

Not propaganda. In testing they have a threshold for determining positive/negative test results.

As far as a skinnier person, maybe you missed it but I'm around 10% bodyfat right now. Actually to be more accurate as of this morning and my caliper readings I am 9.83% bodyfat at 174lbs. This is enough to eliminate love handles and to see striations in my major compound muscle groups (shoulders, chest and triceps.... or Quads, hamstring, calves... etc etc).
With that said I've failed a test after heavy flushing, running 5 miles a day and quitting smoking for more than 20 days. This is in addition to my normal workout routine and diet.
Telling a person they'll be fine in 7 days is really poor advice to give imo. You send out a sense that everything will be fine and that they shouldn't worry about it. When in reality they should be concerned and do EVERYTHING in their power to try to pass. Not just be content with flushing just because a few other people say they passed that way.
My concern for the poster was that everyone was telling him he would be fine. No one was advocating the other side of the fence and it's negative outcome.
I wish him luck.

just and update if anyone cares, i started pissing clean 3 days ago with light dilution, yesterday with no dilution before i went to bed. i woke up and tested my first piss of the day and it gave me a VERY faint line so i guess it was negative. i have been following the steps for dilution for a T except the asprin ( i accidentally got advil) and a very solid line coming in negative now. my possible test is in 2 hours so i am pretty confident
