For those of you who don't frequent the Houston NORML site (Houston NORML) On 4/19/08 here in Houston, TX at 6pm there is a 420 festival! The location is Last Concert Cafe right off of I-10. (And is really close to I-45 also!) The Last Concert Cafe is a small mexican restaurant thats seemingly run by hippies:hippy:. Every wednesday night (in fact every night) they have live music, a open bar, and the best part is :jointsmile:. The place is very relaxed. :stoned: The cover is $10 for under 21 Rating: 5
