I suppose all the past great Presidents can all be rounded up with ONE day. Likewise, great heros from past wars can likewise have a nameless holiday. What about people on the order of Martha Washington, Rosa Parks, Harriet Tubman....just to name a few others. Also, keep in mind that this holiday was passed during the Reagan years.

McCain is known for being a fiscal conservative. So what is the cost to the taxpayers for having this holiday? There were other issues but race on this vote. Nice to see that primarily government workers got another paid day off.
