The weed is strongest when its properly cured (dry). Fresh weed has mostly THCA, which dont makes you high. When its cured, the THCA is transformed in THC, which is the one that makes you high.

It smells like just like fresh cut grass or cut green foliage. It's just weird. Unless my nose just completely stopped working. Rating: 5
