as for the curl in the stem, i have been slowly straitening it since i took those pic a few days ago. Its almost strait now, the plants love the new 400w so staitening wasnt too hard at all :P

Ok so i have 4 plants that are about 3 weeks old from seed under a 400w hps with a son-t agro bulb and wanted to know if i could force them to flower now using 12/12 then once the sex has been determined i will cut the males out and force the ladies back into veg for about 8-10 weeks until the tent is full and then flower them. Just wanted to know if i might run into trouble and when i should swap from veg or flower nutes if i go ahead with it. Any info would be much appreciated. Iv Rating: 5

ive done it on accident forgot to pay light bill, out of town for a week came back and $#@!. lights back on like nothing happend 18/6 after a few days saw some pistols slowed growth though but now all my clones are ready to go when i am. ive heard you can cut the first stem though like a clone to keep it living longer and put it domed under 12/12 and it should show sex and not slow the growth of your plant since your impatient by the way that comes from a mj grow book not just hearsay. it will probly save you weeks, since you seem to be planning on cloning you dont want to flower yet any way you want some thing to clone,

shorter clones will help me with the tight space im working with. I could probably grow 40 plants using sog in my tent under 400w hps but i cbf jail if i get caught so i wanna stick to a much smaller number for my girlfriends sake :P

also twitch, what should i do about nutes during this time ? should i keep on the vega or use flora ? Im only using half strenght canna vega a and b. I would think swapping would be damaging to the plant (stress wise) but im not sure.

i would not switch to a flowering nute i would keep up the part a
untill u full intended on putting them in to flower

you should add some more soil to your grow unless your using hydro. it looks like your plants stem is all retarded. you may also want to take a small stick and a piece of thread to support it.
