would i get good results if i force the flowering after only 1 month of growing??, i have limited space and i heard they double in hieght.

They can even triple in height yo.
I flowered mine after five weeks. You should be fine with 4. Obviously a few more weeks in veg would be beneficial, but its not that beneficial if you run out of space!

should i wean the light off like 18-5 17-6 every couple days or is it OK to just drop it to 12 hour straight away??

I go 12 12 straight away, other peeps throw in the dark for 24 hrs, others go 18.6 for a few days then down.. its kinda personal preference i think, Ive never seen huge gains just from how you start flowering.
