will these be enough light?

hey well this isnt my first grow but it is with using CFL's..
would three CFL's be enough light for four plants?
Each bulb is 75 watts each..
these are the best seeds i have and while in germination my HPS broke....my luck..
well sorry bout the photo quality, but any feedback would be appriciated...

I'd get another one of those cfl's in there, that wattage would be ok if you was using hid but using cfls you need more. Also remember as cfls don't have good canopy penetration it's really important that you try to have the canopy as even as possible, it's a good idea to start lst if you can.

Are they 75watt equivalent? I'm assuming yes. In that case, your plants should be fine while they are young but they will need more light soon. Get a couple more CFL's so you dont have to worry about it
