Looking for opionions on light bar

Yesterday I re-made my light bar. I have five light sockets with Y splitters that have ten CFL bulbs that are mounted on an 1ft. aluminum foil box. I have figured the lumens out to be around 15,000 give or take. My grow box is 2ft x 1ft x 4ft. I know the box isn't very big but I'm only trying to grow enough to supply me and my gf. With an intake and outake fan the temps are around 78-82. My question is do you think my plants will grow good under these lighting conditions. The bar fits inside the box really well, easily adjustable and can be kept within inches of the plants. Here is a simple diagram of how the lights are ( the Y splitters are on the bottom but i cannot make an upside down Y )

looks good, and it should be plenty of lumens for what you are planning.
    couple things to think about...
blue spectrum is good for veggin' and red is good for flowering.
if you have a couple more bucks to spend, switch out all but a couple of those red bulbs for blues. and then pop the red ones back in when you start to flower, leaving a couple blues.

aluminum foil is not good for use as a reflector. it causes hot spots and what not. u can use an emergency blanket(found at meijer/wal mart or any camping/sports store, probably cheaper at a giant box store) or use reflective tape from a hardware store(its used in siding and roofing)
other than that you look strizzle.

    good luck! good growing!
