its actually pretty easy to stay in shape and be high all the time.
work out FIRST, reward urself with a smoke.
stock your house with SHIT THAT WILL NOT MAKE YOU FAT.
ie lay off the 12 packs of kit-kats at wal marts and stick with apples and light lower-salt soups and stuff(i know, they are amazing =/ )
