Any contract simply can't be valid if it is either taken under duress or defined incorrectly by one of the people contracting the agreement. If your oath and signature signed is contractual then the recruiter having lied is in beach of that contract, it's a "promise" that can't be gone back on, for both sides - not just you , OK.
the only problem with this argument is i could TELL you that ill give you a million dollars an hour to sit on your ass and answer a phone but if it dont say that in writing and you sign said contract without reading it well you and i are bound to the signed contract no matter what i said prior. cause when you try to sue me for breech of contract i never said anything to the sort and you volantarily signed said contract, aint my fault you were never told to read something before you sign it.

one other little tidbit of info you cannot join the california nat'l guard in geogia. what ever state you enlist in is the state you serve.
