Damn! How it can be?? Your microwave must be very potent... as its the first time i heard about it happening here in this forums... what a bad luck
Maybe it happened because the weed was already ground, and so it had a greater surface area... next time try to microwave the weed before grinding it. Doing so will make the weed even easier to grind, as it will be crunchy and dry.
Or wrap the weed in tinfoil and put it into a sandwich maker for some 10-15 minutes, instead using the microwave.
