1.What sort of yeild should i expect from these plants using that lamp ?

That all depends on too many variables to predict but if you do just "okay" you'll have about 4 oz. If you do really good then you will get a gram per watt of lighting, which would be 400g or about 14 oz. But you would have to have really really good genetics and really know your shit.So the best you should try for is a gram per/watt. As long as the AIR, LIGHT, WATER, NUTRIENTS, and GROWING MEDIUM stay in the proper conditions and levels you should have a good grow.

2.Should i add more plants ?

For your space I would grow between 2 and 4. I Always get a better yeild when i have use a few big well trained plants. Light distribution is important and it is easier with just a few plants, plus watering is easier.

3.How long should i veg for ?

This is another variable question. The rate of growth, the pattern of growth, the early flowering stretch is all dependant on genetics. So you would veg. indica plants longer than you would veg sativas. I would say for most hybrids you should grow them from seed 2months, from clone 1 month. And thats assuming it vigorous vegetative growth.

4.Should i Sog, scrog or lst ?

Well, Ideally if you can do Scrog that would be the best. But I honestly would save that for growers who have a few good harvests under their belt. It just makes things a bit more complicated. Starting out its best to be simplistic. I would just grow them SOG with low-stress Training. Set-up a monthly harvest cycle so half your plants are finishing when the other half still has another month. With LST just Try to focus all of the power of the plant into between 6 and 12 top colas. Prune undergrowth that doesn't get light. I usually top my plants at about the 5th or 6th node about a week and a half before i start 12/12. I also tie each brach down so i have a even canopy of top colas, its very important to keep the top canopy even so they will all be able to get as much light as possible without burning them.
