After being caught with 1 gram or so I'm on a deferred sentence for a year, and if I fail a drug test I go to jail for a year...This is the first year in about six years I haven't been able to celebrate 4-20..
Words of advice: never move to oklahoma..the laws here SUCK.

Any amount for your first offense can be 1 year in jail, any amount for a subsequent offense is a felony and you can get 2-10 years in jail..I can't wait for the laws to change...
