Breathing is weak.

I noticed that my breathing is very weak and I cough easily.
I am also sick,I had the flu for almost 2 weeks,and I felt good for a day and Got sick again.Same thing,Flu symptoms.Recently I been vaping maybe 4-6 times a day.
I kinda hesitate to go and vape,cause I know I am gona be hacking up a lung,it aint harsh or anything,my lungs are just weak.
So I kindaTook an 1/8 I picked up last night and ground that up with about1/2 cup of vape leftovers.....got some butter in the fridge cooling off,gonna make some rice krispie treats.Cause I really dont wanna vape anymore.....I just dont even wanna look at it.I think I am sick of vapeing.......hope not.
But is this because of the flu,or has anyone ever vaped too much :wtf:
I use a vapolution and I have the heat set at 2 oclock while it is warming up,then I turn it down to 12 oclock.I do see smoke.But it aint much.The weed aint black either when its done,its brown.

I haven't really been sick in the last few years, but I always smoked at least a little when I was sick. It made me less miserable overall even if it was hard on my lungs to take a hit. Vaping is certainly easier to do than smoking if you've got a bad cough, but it's your decision.

Vaping too much or too hard/fast can surely affect your lungs, but it's nowhere as bad as smoke. I got to where smoke was so bad on my lungs I was ready to quit using mj completely. Discovering vapor has given me a new lease on the 'high life'.

I usually set my Vapolution to 11 or 12 o'clock. Leftovers are supposed to be brown, not black. Black means you're vaping at a high temp. You're certainly getting all the good stuff at that temp, but you're getting a good dose of the toxins you get with smoke as well.

Hmmm....Well,I smoked out of my pipe and Same thing,I cough and cough,but I noticed that half hour after smoking out my pipe.....Im not coughing anymore,but when I vape,half hour later I am still coughing and Im coughing up something,I can feel moisture in my lungs.Thats one reason why I was wondering if it had anything to do with the vape.
But yeah,my breathing is still kinda weak.Been kinda using less.

When I first switched from smoke to vapor I was hacking up phlegm at first. I've heard the same from others too. I think it's just clearing out your lungs. My breathing/wind improved a lot with the switch. Vapor is just easier on your respiratory system. I don't have any explanation for coughing worse with vaping. It's not the norm.

I can feel moisture in my lungs.

Do you smoke ice bongs? this may be why

I noticed if I vape the night before sometimes I will feel short of breath in the morning. I'm guessing it's because I'm holding my breath for so long because I'm combining it with an ice chamber. Is it less healthier for me to do this? Pretty much every time I use my vape it's with an ice chamber - it's just so much better. By the way I have a Vapor Box and it's been great so far!
