CALLING ALL OLD-HEADS!!!!!
Your pH is a touch high.
That's not Mg def, so no epsom salts. Looks like scarring to me. Maybe from old bug damage, but it also looks like K def.
You got a bloom booster or bloom base fert with lots of potassium in it by any chance? I'd do a WEAK foliar with that just in case it IS K def, but also flsuh your soil back down to about 6.7. You are more likely locked out than deficient.
Now grab a magnifying glass and look at the shape of the speckles. A trained eye can pick out the patterns that thrip damage leaves. Do you see lines or trails- even really short ones? Or are the spots just kinda blobby?
Overall leaf appearance says pH lockout to me though.

old ? :wtf: ... yeah, that's me
... ya need some calcium there, I think ... no biggie, not usually a killer ... just add 5ml-10ml/gallon of CalMag+ every other watering, see if the new leaves don't come in OK ...

Lol it happens... when I find myself looking at stuff labelled 'eye cream' and 'deep wrinkle treatment' at the pharmacy, I have to smack myself.

CALLING ALL OLD-HEADS!!!!!
No, avoid adding more metals. That's like the fast track to lockouts. Lower the soil pH and you're golden. 6.7 is the middle of the range.
