If you are going to practice at home and take the rolaids, etc. (Depending on when your test is you should be taking creatine 24-48 hours beforehand, so if the test is wednsday a run with creatine on tuesday would be necessary) I'd suggest skipping on the aspirin. Save it for the day of the test, because that much can be uncomfortable for only a test run.
