I wouldn't bother with the heat pad unless you put the QF in your pocket. If you nuke the QF for 10 seconds and then put it in your crotch it will be good for a couple hours unless your outside a lot in cold weather, The heat pad is for backup in case the temp gets low.
If when you take the UA and your temp is a little low,rub your thumb briskly on your clothing and then hold your thumb against the temp strip on the cup for a few seconds.

please also keep me posted on this. I am on day 58 of sobriety and still positive on at home tests. I have until may 20th to take my test which will put me at exactly 100 days. The way my luck has been going I wouldnt be surprised if i was positive. I took a personal DT today at lab corp to get a numerical value for how much THC really is in my body. Yesterday I failed the at home 50 ng/mL cutoff but a week prior I had a faint line on the clean value after 10 mins. I am 22, 6 foot 3, 260 lbs, been smoking the good for 3-4 years. Has anyone ever been in the same boat I am in? This is one of the most frustrating things i've ever had to do in my life and its starting to get to me. I have nobody to blame but myself but its depressing as hell. Makes me wanna quit smoking forever...Hopefully if im positive, the medical review officer will have some good info for me. Comments/suggestions welcome. Thanks

suzooki-when you say you failed, do you mean no line showed up or just a faint one? i've been smoking for 3-4 years now and i'm on day 41 of being sober and i've taken two home tests and they both show just a faint line. i've been freaking out. i know they say any type of line is passing but i'm really not too confidant about that. i'm not sure when i'll be taking a drug test but i'm thinking within the next month.

the one time i had a faint line around 10 mins and yesterday i took the same type of home test and no faint line AT ALL...a faint line at all is considered passing. You have no idea how bad i have been freaking out. I could write a book about drug tests/testing. Its getting to the point where I get depressed when thinking about it. this DT is HUUUGE for me and my career. Its preemployment so i guess my ultimate plan B is substitution. I pray that 100 days is enough.

well heres the deal, im getting my test done at labcorp next monday. I have been sober 36 days, and yes, im still failing. What my plan is simply this: The morning of the test im going to dilute heavily, but im still going bring the QF with me. If all is well and i dont feel im being watched in any way shape or form, i am using the QF. Thing is my boy just took a UA with LabCorp and he said he shut the door so honestly if i can shut the door i can promise you im using QF. I will def keep you guys posted, monday is the bigggggg day

and im currently practicing using the QF without a heatpad....the UA is literally in the same town as me so if this works i should be good to go

BIG UPDATE! MY UA was pushed up to TOMORROW MORNING! Therefore, i will be using the dilution method AND QF....Dilution will be a backup....I WILL UPDATE YOU GUYS TOMORROW! Any last minute advice? this is CRAZYYYYYYYYY

Last minute advice is to follow the sticky to a "T" and be relaxed when you are there, maybe make some small talk ,so they don't pay a great deal of attention to the temp..
