This is because i smoke weed everyday and my tolarence level is really high now, so it takes me alot to get stoned. So heres what you do. cool glad u benifitted from it. Over the short period i have been smoking green ( Roughly 2 years ) and the time i have been passing it on i have picked up many cool techniques like this. but this is the best one.

i say you have to hold it for one or 2 seconds because you need it to get in you lungs to where it normally would where u inhale, then take in more air, to get it to that part where the smoke doesnt normally go...

but if your just toking, once its in no matter how long u hold it, its not getting u more stoned, just fucking u up.
