I have a couple of questions some of the small pop corn buds with long stem can they, be cut and have some rooting gel put on them and restarted, this would be something new for me to try and I figure allready knowing the sex I would save my self the process of elimination later in grow.

There's a high chance of stress and it going hermie on you but it can definitely be done.
