New Grower... Growing Virgin!!!
ok first grow ever, doing closet grow, very basic and very inexpensive stuff (starving college student haha.) Anyway this is the strongest of the original four plants I started out from bag seed (the other three perished.)
So it's about a month and a half old from seed and am using two CFL bulbs for now, but will get the appropriate lighting (perhaps a HID or a better CFL setup for vegging, depending on a friend who is willing to lend me his HID.)
Anyway here are some pics.
My questions are, when should I start cloning and when should I start to flower? (Being that it is a female)

If you're sure it's a female, you can take clones from her as soon as she's mature enough to show sex (typically about 4 weeks from seed), but many growers like to veg the mother out a bit longer, maybe even topping a few times to promote lateral branching, and then taking cuttings when several can be taken without overly stressing/killing the mother.
Your cuttings will probably take about a week to develop a healthy root system, depending on what you're using to root them, and in my opinion should be vegged out for at least a couple weeks after rooting before putting into flower. But that's entirely up to you, you can do it earlier if the plant's mature enough to flower... but you'll likely end up sacrificing some of the bud mass.
Take care.
