Yes, I was going to say as long as you give yourself a couple days or so of rest before the test the exercise will be a big help. It sounds like you'll be doing pretty heavy exercise too, which will speed up your metabolism and help burn fat. (Sounds like by then you might be clean anyway, so laying off on the exercise may help, but not be necessary.) Just keep eating high calorie meals and staying hydrated and you'll be fine (your home testing, so if all else fails grab a qf and practice). Btw lots of fiber isn't terribly necessary, if your regular without the fiber. The main goal of that would be to ensure that any metabolites leaving the body through deficating wouldn't be reabsorbed. I don't know that the amount of metabolites it redirects to your colon would truly be able to increase the performance of your liver too much.
