Sounds like common reactions of amphetamine use... aka adderall... the herb and alcohol probably just enhanced these effects.

I was gonna smoke another joint and watch a movie while they fell asleep. Well, I suddenly realized my heart rate was drastically increased, my breathing had shallowed, and I was freaking out on everything in the room: cleaning spots, picking up random bits of trash, etc. Now, a couple hours before that, I took some adderall, and I had a couple swigs of some alcohol.
