I guess just hope it doesnt happen again, go somewhere totally chill and smoke up. It could all be in your head, might be good to take a tokage break for a little bit, or not as smoke as much just till you understand what actually happened.

No.. the making out has been going on all weeks. We've had various girls in and out of this room this week.

Nothing really happened.. we were in my basement, playing pool, and we stepped outside for a bit. Everyone left except my friend. His girl drove over here, and we played more pool. We went back into my room and I put a movie in.. then I went to town cleaning my room.

My room is EXTREMELY chill. I feel more comfortable here than anywhere else I've ever smoked. I've never had an attack before, either.



Yeah. I'm taking a break after spring break because I've been smoking myself stupid. I need to enjoy sobriety for a bit. :smokin:
Joexi Reviewed by Joexi on . Wow. I think I had a minor panic attack. My friend and his chick were on my bed making out (I sleep on the couch), and I was trying to get things situated. I was gonna smoke another joint and watch a movie while they fell asleep. Well, I suddenly realized my heart rate was drastically increased, my breathing had shallowed, and I was freaking out on everything in the room: cleaning spots, picking up random bits of trash, etc. Now, a couple hours before that, I took some adderall, and I had a couple swigs of some alcohol.
