Sparksomechange, you have got some time so i would suggest getting some metamucil and test strips. Keep up your regular workout schedule and periodically test yourself. You dont need to over hydrate, but as you workout keep up your fluid levels. Read the dilution sticky and follow it to a tee the morning of the test. Your pretty lean dude so i wouldnt worry to much.
