Dean says attacks getting too personal

WASHINGTON (AP) - Democratic Party chief Howard Dean is expressing concern about the angry tone of his party's presidential campaign.

Dean says Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton and their supporters should beware of tearing each other down, demoralizing the base and damaging the party's chances of winning the White House in November.

In an interview with The Associated Press, Dean says the charges and countercharges between Clinton and Obama have gotten too personal at times.

Dean also says he hopes the Democratic nominee will be determined shortly after the voting ends in June. Dean says he will encourage the superdelegates who will play a role to make up their minds before the August convention in Denver.

Clinton made it VERY clear that if needed, she'll take this to the convention. I don't think that the spaz master H. Dean will be able to change that.

Hillary and her merry band of assholes are probably the best thing to happen to the republican party in the last 7 years.

Obama and Hillary damaged each others image to the point I don't think either of them are electable. All I see is two self-serving politicians who lost sight of the goal for change.

We cannot possibly accept this current pool of candidates for the presidential election, considering the good USA has 300M people. This is all we can muster?
