its says "if a plant hermaphordites then most all of the seeds will be female"...

Those two sentences mean the same thing. Re-read them, slowly if you need to. Hermaphrodite pollen has no Y chromosome, being from a female plant; therefore you CANNOT get a pure male. This is a basic genetics concept. Sex determination in cannabis and most other living organisms comes from the presence or absence of a Y chromosome. If an organism has one, it is male. Gametes formed by this organism carry it 50% of the time, since the male still has an X chromosome. Females have 2 Xs, therefore gametes from a female can ONLY carry the X and are physically incapable of passing on the male sex trait.
