true, i don't guess we are ever really completely at peace. i can't remember if it was Bill or George Sr. that was pres during Samolia, but there was also Iraq, enforcing the no fly zone and keeping Sadam in his box, going after Binny in Afgan, and of course, the Balkans, which almost went bad with the Ruskies, but hey they came around.
