thank you very much for your help.this has been my most successful attempt at cloning. itried soil once and aero once but i didnt read on it so i lost them all

after you told me about the rot i placed my clones out side for a day in some shade and dried the soil a bit and it seems to have slowed the damage maybe i can save some. I went from 13 to start got roots on all, now im down to 9 and might lose 2 more it looks like, but ill get 100% next time.

I'll bet that your cloning troubles are over. Once you get to the point where you have roots, you're golden; any other problems you will encounter are minor compared to rooting before the cuttings get wilty and brown.
