Crispy dry buds...harvest early??!

OK so both my NL plants ended up in the shitter teh 4th week of flowering, and just never recovered. they locked out like crazy and pretty much stopped growing completely..the one plant was so dry and crispy that i had to cut it down or else the buds on there would have just dried up and died...so my question is, the other plant seemed to be doing better, but its buds are getting crispy and crunchy too..does this mean the plant has pretty much died and stopped absorbing anything?? the 8th week of flowering isnt untill the week of 4/20, so these babies are waaay early...so harvest now and suffer losses, or attempt to let it go in hopes of recovery?

Have you flushed it yet?

i did a week ago, and then did 1/4th strength nutes for a few days, then bumped up to half, and still at half with added 3% hydrogen peroxide(10ml per gallon)..but should i do a final flush and then harvest?
