Sounds apropoe for a man thoroughly humiliated in his last attempt at winning the White House. His past adversary is not able to "steal" (his words) the next election, so might even think he stands a chance. Especially with all that's going on in the DNC.

It may have only been a thought a year ago, (more likely: a way to get free publicity for his Oscar winning sci-fi movie) when his potential competition were showing pretty phenominal numbers...but with Hibilly and Obama making mince meat of each other, I'm sure he'd love the opportunity to change America HIS way, lol.
