Cutting is much better than angling.
Venting with an exhaust in the top of the space right into the attic, with a good extractor, and an intake at floor level, might in fact work out for you.

I realised after buying the light that its may more then needed, although I can use it in the future. The question is the canope doesn't really fit so i can mod it by shortening it or i could do without it. The walls are flat white paint with an 8" fan. Thanks for replies. Rating: 5
