I hadn't considered using the names: always_flush_twice or save_your_seeds, and am now stuck with the snooty, advisory sounding name of "search1st". Oh, well.

I'm particularly interested in indoor growing. Back in the early 1970's, while still in high school, I grew a single plant outside. Before it even reached 18-inches, the stalk got nibble-thru by a rabbit or something. The next day I went out to water it, only to find it lying on the ground. I dried it, smoked it and it got me stoned, which surprised me (being so small and young).

Later while at Uni (what we'd call "college" in the US), I grew a plant 2-feet tall under a 24-inch double fluorescent fixture hung inside a washing-machine box I found by the road. Curiously, I was visited by two FBI agents because of an odd friend who did something against the law (who'd have guessed). I stupidly TALKED to them and even let one look around to verify that my friend wasn't hiding in the closet somewhere.

The grow "box" was lined with aluminum foil, and I heard him bump it or look inside, since the foil made a crinkling noise. They left, and returned later to ask more about my friend, but I had already destroyed (or more likely smoked) the plant. Those were ... exciting times back in the 1970's - yawn... or perhaps yarn?

Anyway, I don't have many friends and fewer who are "heads" now-a-days (I'm in my 50's and a bit of a couch potato). But, I recently started smoking again, and got 20 or so seeds out of a few bags of nice buds. I hope to grow 5-10 seeds at first, letting the females get fertilized so that I'll have another crop of seeds. Then maybe I'll grow just 3-4 plants at a time, weeding out the males.

Anyway, that's all I can THINK about lately: learning as much as I can about lights, fertilizer and such.

I'm glad I've found LOTS of info here, Wikipedia, and on YouTube - hehe!

Keep on truckin'!
