Republicans Scramble for the Lifeboats as their Party Sinks to the Bottom of the Sea!
Here are two related articles about how the Democrats have registered record numbers of voters in Pennsylvania ahead of the April 22 primary there:
CNN Political Ticker: All politics, all the time Blog Archive - Democrats hit voter record, hold near majority in Pennsylvania « - Blogs from CNN.com
Dems eager to vote in Pennsylvania primary - CNN.com
According to these articles, 22 times as many voters have switched parties from Republican to Democrat as have gone the other way. On top of that, you have the new voters piling into the Democratic party. There are now about 4 million registered Democrats in PA and 3.2 million Republicans. In a state of 8.2 million registerd voters, it means 49% are Dems versus 39% Repubs. In November it'll be a landslide for the Democrats! Don't even bother, Republicans! Save yourself a trip to the polls, and just kick back and watch the tsunami on TV!
Sorry about your party going down to the bottom of the briney deep like that, Republicans, but don't worry, we'll save you! There's plenty of room here in the Democratic party, so welcome aboard! Put away your bailing buckets, and change out of those cold wet clothes into something warm! My God, you must be frozen and exhausted after the ordeal you have been through!dragonrider Reviewed by dragonrider on . Don't worry, P4B! We're filling up fast, but I'll try to save a spot for you!
I hear the sinking of the mighty Republican was an even more epic nightmare of the sea than the Indianapolis! The ship listing to one side and taking on water fast! The desperate party members already in the freezing ocean, screaming and wailing like terriified children! And crazy old Cap'n McCain yelling, "Bail! Bail! Bail, you fools! Bail for a hundred years if that's what it takes!"
And every time you think he's going to throw you a life preserver, it turns out to be a bowling ball! "Here, cling to this! War! Debt! Recession!"
And then McCain's in the water too and climbing on your back as you desparately thrash to keep your head above the waves! "Get off me, old man! You'll pull us both down! Bublblblblblblblblblblblble........"
Oh, the humanity!
Thank God we were able to save a few of the poor wretches...

LMAO....looks like your party will even cut and run on its own. Really breaks my heart too.
Record numbers in a Clinton state could mean good things for McCain in the general election.

If McCain gets in AND survives 8 years in power it'll be a life support machine the republicans will need.

Appears to me like another hollywood bimbo spouting her in-depth political sciences experience. (Isn't that Natalie Maines...?)
Looks like a few are counting their chickens before they hatch.
With all that is going on in the Democratic party, I'm not too sure I would be worrying about the Repubs. We are out there spreading our message. Billary is making-up stories, and Obama is struggling with his black liberation church. Neither is getting their parties' message out there.
Kinda ok tho...their message seems to change daily anyway, lol.
Change indeed.

I don't know, Rusty. With an attitude like that, you might not get a seat! Maybe you'll get plucked out of the water by the Libertarians --- or maybe the Greens! The Greens would probably make you pay for your ticket by scrubbing their toilets, and have you ever seen a toliet after a vegan has taken a dump? Don't burn those bridges too soon!
